This Extended Licence is required to use our graphics:
✔️ for excess 500 sales, 𝐔𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 commercial use
✔️ on Template sites like Corjl,Templett, Canva etc
✔️ for POD (Print on Demand) products

No license is required to use our graphics for personal use, non-profit and small business projects (up-to 30 end products, for 500 sales limit, without purchasing the license, this does not apply to POD or TEMPLATE sites) For larger projects, and to use on POD or template sites, you’ll need to purchase our commercial use license.

- No physical documentation will be provided, no additional document will be sent to you after the purchase of this license. Receipt of the purchase confirms of your right to use our graphics/ designs commercially.
- No artwork or graphics included, this listing only for the License. Graphics need to be purchased separately.
- Purchasing our graphics or license does not transfer its copyrights, ownership of any images or designs by Drawberx. We retain the copyrights to all our graphics, you cannot claim them as your own, you cannot resell, repackage, share, or distribute them in any way.
- This extended commercial license is a one-time purchase and allows for the purchased graphics from our shop, with unlimited production quantities.

◼ Extended Commercial Use License
-gives you the right to use our graphics commercially, for any kind of profit; for a client, produced prints/end products for sale (physical or digital), use on POD/ editable template services or similar printing methods; for unlimited amount of products/ sales /units..; and gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use of the purchased graphic files from our shop, with the agreement of the "Terms of Use" below.
- allows you to create and sell unlimited physical or digital end products for sale customized with our graphics.
- allows you to create and sell editable templates in Templett,Corjl, Canva, etc.
- Ideal for people selling their work on Print on Demand sites, or using print on demand printing methods.
- Ideal for fabric designer who design and sell high amounts of fabrics and textiles.
- required if you plan to manufacture with in the excees of 500 sales limit.
- required to create and sell your designs customized with our graphics in unlimited quantities.
However sharing, re-selling or claim them as your own is prohibited and not allowed.

◼ YOU MAY NOT use our graphics to:
𝗫- Resell, copy, share, redistribute as is, in part or in a set.
𝗫- Claim as your own, sublicense, with or without alterations.
𝗫- Copy, redraw, modify or convert to another format to sell as a new product; like embroidery designs, new clipart set, or modifing our brushes to sell as your own.
𝗫- Trade, share as in an extractable way on web. Making public, freebie/download resource to others in any way that allows others to download purchased files is prohibited.
𝗫- Upload to sold on stock, automated merchandises to resell our designs as is, as your own; such as RB, S6, etc
𝗫- Illicit sale of our artworks on groups/private chats on social/web is forbidden and illegal.
𝗫- Use for software/apps/games without permission.

◼ 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐂𝐀𝐍 𝐔𝐒𝐄 our graphics for both digital and printed format:
✔️ PHYSICAL end products to sell customized with our designs.
-such as shirts, wood signs, cards, decals and printed; fabric, mugs, stickers, etc can be printed as is.
- fabric printing; as long as they are not sold digitally
✔️ DIGITAL products/printables to sell:
- allowed if new design NOT compete with our shop. You may not create new clipart set, digital paper or patterns, brush sets for sale. Digital end products must be significantly different from our product format.
- need to be in the form of flattened, or with your own input like text or other elements.
✔️ license required to use Print on Demand (POD) and Template sites like Canva,Corjl etc.
✔️ small business branding, logos, web design, social media etc

We reserve the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.
Violating the Terms of Use will be considered as copyright infringement and will be reported.
