Ordering is EASY:
(1) Select the length you want from the drop down menu. If want a length that isn't on the menu, just convo us, and we will see if we can fit your needs.
(2) Select the stain choice for your shelves. The first and second listing photo are stained with EBONY stain, The rest are EARLY AMERICAN which is by far the most popular request we receive. The finish is flat matte. We don't apply a gloss overcoat. That would detract from the rustic decor theme.
(3) Select the number of shelves that you want.

Rustic dimensional lumber (not recycled or rough sawed). Purchased from a local East Texas mill that uses sustainable forestry practices and is Forest Stewardship Council certified. FSC certification ensures that products come from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social and economic benefits.

TWO Gun Metal Gray PIPE BRACKETS are deep cleaned then coated with varnish and are included with every shelf. If you feel that you need extra center brackets, they are available on the bottom of the drop down menu. Select "Single bracket 12 inches" for the bracket. There isn't a shelf included in that listing. The brackets are rated at 55 lbs per pair.

Standard 2”’long drywall mountaing screws to attach to wood studs. Due to the variety of installations, we don't provide drywall anchors.

We ship almost exclusively via UPS Ground. We cannot ship to PO Boxes; therefore, we need your street add It is difficult to change shipping address after you enter the order, so please make sure that your profile address is up to date. We can’t offer our free shipping program to AK, HI, PR or APO addresses. Please contact us and we can discuss the extra shipping charge to those locations.

SHIPPING TIMETABLE:

We are shipping our orders in just over one week currently. We usually can RUSH an order but contact us before you order.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellation requests are limited to 24 hours after order entry. We start the order process the next day after order entry. Since we are a “made to order” shop, and don’t maintain any inventory, once the order is in process, we can’t accept cancellations.

EXCHANGES and RETURNS:

Exchanges are not offered for this product.

Returns are accepted on many of our products per our posted time frame. Full details are included in our Return FAQs, but the short take is...... We ask you to ship the item back to us, and we will charge a 30% restock fee if the item is returned in a resalable condition. In addition, we don’t refund our internal cost to ship the item to you. Please put a pencil to the cost to determine the amount of money you will receive before you ship the items back to us. Shipping heavy bulking items is costly.
