I have been sewing for many years. When Cabbage Patch dolls were so popular you could hardly find one, I designed and made clothes for them and sold them at craft fairs. I still have many of these clothes and my granddaughters love to play with them (along with my original Cabbage Patch dolls).

I recently began sewing doll clothes again for my four granddaughters and found I loved the creativity of it. I am also a Color Consultant, working with clients to determine their natural colors (skin, eyes, hair, and natural red) and then giving them all the complimentary colors so they have a portfolio to take with them when shopping for clothing. So, this is a natural avenue for me to be creative and put colors together in the form of doll clothes. It's so much fun when my granddaughters like so many of my outfits that they have a difficult time picking just the one or two they want.
