Quiddity is 'the essence or essential nature of a thing.' It is the name of the lane where I live & work as well as an important aspect of everything I do, from my full time job as a private investigator to my favorite pastime: rescuing vintage items from auctions, estate sales or whatever corner in which I happen to find them.
Quiddity is what all my finds have in common: an essential nature that really speaks to me (and to others who find them in my store). Truth is, I love every item in this store...each has a special place in my home or office (and soon a special place on someone else's home / office).
