I have always been intrigued by historical imagery. It tells the story of our past and allows us to be a fly on the wall of a different era, a simpler time. I use the images of yesteryear in my design to inspire and create beautiful and practical notions and gifts. I have always been a self taught creative, from a young person converting my kitchen into a darkroom (when we used film!) to today in my Steveston Village studio, I have worked and honed skills that I use in the design and crafting of my work.
