Hello! My name is Tania Alexis Clarke. I’m based in Vancouver, Canada and have been practicing visual art for as long as I can remember. Photography has been a large part of my life since I was a teenager learning with my dad’s Canon SLR 35mm film camera.
Eventually travel became another passion, and the two together resulted in a huge roster of images. With my graphic design background, years of experimenting with digital photo manipulation led me to creating complex and interesting patterns from natural and urban textures that I captured with my lens. The result was an exciting combination of nature, technology, and fashion. I have been refining the process for textiles and wearable art since 2015.
