Hi! Welcome to Sparkles by Shell. I started this business because I wanted a "girly" football shirt and I could not find one (at least that was not a fortune). Always being the crafter, I thought - I can make that, and BOOM Sparkles by Shell was born. All of my designs are my own, most of them have been custom requests at one time or another so please if you do not see what you want JUST ASK. I LOVE CUSTOM ORDERS! We do custom orders in screen print, embroidery, and glitter. Yes we are licensed for several sororities and fraternities.
