Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept address changes after an order has been placed. If your order has not yet been sent to our printer and you need to change the address, please let us know. We can cancel your existing order, allowing you to place a new one with the correct shipping information.
However, if your order has already been sent to our printer, we cannot cancel it, and the shipping address cannot be changed.
Where can I print my digital downloads?
You can print them at home, take them to your local print store or choose any online printing service like Walmart photo or FedEx! Most printers also provide framing services!
If you print at home, I recommend using matte photo paper and selecting the best printing quality for the best results.
If you purchased a watercolor-style print, I recommend looking for a local photo lab that prints on fine art paper, with a nice cotton-like texture for a more authentic look.
