5 out of 5 starsGreat customer service. She answered immediately and was very helpful, even after my other questions. I was about to buy the more expensive file with the shelves, but she kindly offered to get the holder and box and add the shelves I was trying to use, without using much filament. The box and holders' print size needed to fit the shelves perfectly—no adjustments needed—and it takes 176 G of filament and only 3.5 hours on a Bambu. Anyway, I'm going to reduce the box width by 2mm so I can slide the holders between the shelves and the box. It was almost perfect, like one precise piece if I slide them between and glue. I still have to decorate, but I highly recommend this seller and file. I even asked her what glue she recommends; I’ve never had such a helpful seller who responds so quickly. Thank you for everything.
