Mi chiamo Faiz. La nostra famiglia lavora nel settore dei tappeti fatti a mano dal 1997. Mio padre ha iniziato questa attività in un piccolo laboratorio dove creava splendidi tappeti tradizionali e annodati a mano.
Ho iniziato ufficialmente a lavorare in questo settore nel 2019. Crescendo tra tappeti, utensili e artigiani, ho sviluppato una passione naturale per quest'arte. Con il tempo, abbiamo migliorato le nostre competenze, i nostri design e la nostra qualità. Per entrare in contatto diretto con i clienti di tutto il mondo, abbiamo creato il nostro negozio ArtRugsDesign.
Oggi, ogni tappeto nel nostro laboratorio è realizzato a mano, dall'inizio alla fine:
✔ 1. Creazione del design
Iniziamo creando il design: moderno, astratto, tradizionale, marocchino o qualsiasi design personalizzato richiesto dal cliente.
✔ 2. Processo di tufting manuale
Il tessuto del tappeto viene teso su un telaio e i nostri abili artigiani utilizzano una pistola per tufting manuale per creare il motivo.
✔ 3. Rifinitura e intaglio
Per conferire al tappeto una finitura pulita e dettagliata, rifiniamo e intagliamo a mano il disegno.
✔ 4. Supporto e finitura
Per rendere il tappeto resistente e duraturo vengono applicati uno strato di lattice resistente e un supporto in tessuto.
✔ 5. Controllo qualità e imballaggio
Ogni pezzo viene sottoposto a un'attenta ispezione, quindi arrotolato e imballato in modo sicuro per la spedizione internazionale.
Ogni tappeto è realizzato a mano con passione, competenza e oltre 25 anni di esperienza.
My name is Faiz . Our family has been working in the handmade carpet industry since 1997. My father started this craft in a small workshop where he created beautiful hand-tufted and traditional carpets.
I officially joined this work in 2019. Growing up around carpets, tools, and artisans, I naturally developed a passion for this art. With time, we improved our skills, our designs, and our quality. To connect directly with customers around the world, we created our shop ArtRugsDesign.
Today, every carpet in our workshop is made by hand, from start to finish:
✔ 1. Design Creation
We start by creating the design—modern, abstract, traditional, Moroccan, or any custom design requested by the customer.
✔ 2. Hand-Tufting Process
The carpet cloth is stretched on a frame, and our skilled artisans use a hand-tufting gun to create the pattern.
✔ 3. Trimming & Carving
To give the carpet a clean and detailed finish, we trim and hand-carve the design.
✔ 4. Backing & Finishing
A strong latex layer and fabric backing are applied to make the carpet durable and long-lasting.
✔ 5. Quality Check & Packaging
Every piece goes through careful inspection, then is rolled and packed safely for international shipping.
