Design tools for people who make things for a living.
Ho passato anni a creare siti web e identità di marca per le aziende di altre persone. A un certo punto ho notato sempre la stessa cosa: gli artisti e i creatori con cui lavoravo erano bravissimi nella realizzazione, ma completamente incompetenti in ambito commerciale.
Stimavano i prezzi a occhio. Intascavano le commissioni con una stretta di mano. Annotavano le vendite su un quaderno, o non le annotavano affatto. Non per negligenza, ma perché nessuno ti fornisce un sistema quando decidi di vendere le tue opere, e costruirne uno da zero è un secondo lavoro a tempo pieno.
Così ho iniziato a costruire i sistemi.
Adaptive Media Productions è il mio studio. Sono Kristy, una designer con esperienza in graphic design, branding, editoria e fotografia, e creo gli strumenti pratici che avrei voluto avere a disposizione. Calcolatori di prezzi che tengono conto dei materiali, delle ore lavorate e del profitto effettivo. Agende aziendali che gestiscono inventario e commissioni senza bisogno di essere esperti di fogli di calcolo. Contratti che puoi inviare senza preoccuparti di aver coperto tutte le tue responsabilità. E materiali stampabili per gli aspetti della vita quotidiana che necessitano di un po' più di ordine: la casa, l'arrivo di un bambino, il trasloco, il matrimonio.
Tutto ciò che trovate qui è progettato internamente, testato prima della pubblicazione e realizzato per essere realmente utilizzabile, non un bel PDF destinato a rimanere per sempre nella cartella dei download. Se un file vi dà problemi, contattatemi. Rispondo e lo risolvo.
COME FUNZIONANO I MIEI FILE
Ogni articolo è scaricabile immediatamente. Lo acquisti, lo ricevi subito ed è tuo per sempre: nessun abbonamento, nessuna scadenza, nessun account da gestire. I fogli di calcolo si aprono in Microsoft Excel o in Google Sheets (gratuito). I file stampabili sono disponibili sia in formato US Letter che A4, quindi vengono stampati correttamente ovunque ti trovi.

I spent years building websites and brand identities for other people's businesses. Somewhere in there I noticed the same thing over and over: the artists and makers I worked with were brilliant at the making and completely underwater on the business.
They were guessing at prices. Taking commissions on a handshake. Tracking sales in a notebook, or not at all. Not because they were careless — because nobody hands you a system when you decide to sell your work, and building one from scratch is a second full-time job.
So I started building the systems instead.
Adaptive Media Productions is my studio. I'm Kristy — a designer with a background in graphic design, branding, book publishing, and photography, and I make the practical tools I wish somebody had handed me. Pricing calculators that account for your materials, your hours, and an actual profit. Business planners that track inventory and commissions without needing a spreadsheet degree. Contracts you can send without wondering whether you've covered yourself. And printables for the parts of ordinary life that need a little more order — the household, the new baby, the move, the wedding.
Everything here is designed in-house, tested before it goes up, and built to be genuinely usable — not a pretty PDF that sits in your downloads folder forever. If a file gives you trouble, message me. I answer, and I fix it.

Every listing is an instant download. You buy it, you get it immediately, and it's yours to use forever — no subscription, no expiry, no account to maintain. Spreadsheets open in Microsoft Excel or in free Google Sheets. Printables come in both US Letter and A4, so they print correctly wherever you are.
