great seller -- q uick transaction

I ordered (3) separate items through etsy, and two of the three items I experienced terrrible service. I did not receive what I ordered with on item I ordered, amd with the other I received a total refund due to untimely delivery.

I ordered these on November 14 it is now February 17 and I still do not have them. I tried to email the seller and got no response.
