This privacy policy describes how and when I collect, use and share information when you purchase an item from me, when you contact me or when you use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

This privacy policy does not apply to the practices of third parties outside of my control and control, including Etsy or third-party services you access through Etsy. For more information about Etsy's privacy practices, you can review Etsy's Privacy Policy.

1. The information I collect

To complete your order, you must provide me with certain information (Etsy provided it to me with your permission), such as your name, email address, mailing address, payment information, and details of the product you ordered. You may decide to provide me with additional personal information (for example to order a personalized piece of jewelry) if you contact me directly.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I will only share your personal information for limited reasons and circumstances, as follows:

I may collect, use, preserve and share your information if, in good faith, I believe it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or governmental requests; (b) enforce contracts, conditions and regulations; (c) prevent, investigate and address fraud, and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

I will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with my services, as set out in my Privacy Policy. However, I may be required to retain such data to comply with legal obligations, resolve issues
disputes and enforce contracts. Typically, I keep your data for the following period of time: 4 years.

5. In case of transfer of personal information outside Europe

I may store and process your information via third-party hosting services in the United States and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than those in effect in your jurisdiction. If I were to transfer your personal information outside the EU, I would rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
