星 5 個のうち 5 個I am beyond ecstatic with the 20 oz. personalized tumbler that I purchased for my husband's birthday gift. Needless to say, he loves it. I carefully selected 12 photos of our grandchildren for the tumbler. Each photo was carefully and expertly cropped and positioned on the cup. The colors are both brilliant and and clear. Communication from the shop owner was quick and a preview was sent for approval prior to production. The crowning touch was a quick shipment to receive the tumbler in time for a birthday. Thank you!

How do I send my photo(s)?

Do you provide proofs before printed?
Yes.
After you place the order and send over pictures, you will receive a digital proof(s) in 1-3 days.
If there’s anything you want to modify with your proof(s), we would happily change it until you are completely satisfied with it.
What is the turn around time for an order?
It usually takes 3-7 business days for producing the products and 3-7 days for delivery (except for express shipping).
During non-peak times, products may even arrived in earlier then the estimated date.
Do you keep photos/custom art on file once an order is placed?
Yes. We kept all photos and custom art pieces that we made in our database. Ordering again from us anytime you want! Also it cuts down the future processing time.
What do I do if my item has a... printing errors/lost in transit/mis-delivered?
