The customer service was excellent with the seller sending me pictures of hides to choose from and responding very quickly to any queries. There was an issue with the original hide chosen no longer being available and as a gesture of good will the seller generously sent me a complementary hide and some key rings. It was a pleasure to do business with this seller

I tried my best to cut the hide in a unique way, but this hide had more brown tones than expected. If you see my other bag reviews, you’ll notice I usually keep the patterns more balanced. I truly apologize and will be extra careful with future orders.

5 out of 5 starsI had this bag custom made, which felt a little risky because I only realized after purchasing that the listing photos are AI-generated. But the shop owner is *extremely* communicative and explained every aspect of the manufacturing process while working with me on the exact measurements and materials I wanted. Despite what appears in the listing photos, the default lining fabric is actually a shiny plain black material, which wasn’t my preference. At my request, the seller sourced a striped fabric much closer to the photos. I was also able to request an interior pocket and choose a specific hide to get the look I wanted. The workmanship itself is very good quality, and although the final dimensions ended up slightly smaller than I had envisioned from the measurements I provided, I’m still really pleased with the bag!
