Frequently asked questions
How are your products made?
Every item is made especially for you — never mass produced. As soon as you order, we create it using high-quality materials and professional printing techniques. This reduces waste and ensures your purchase is truly one-of-a-kind.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders take 3–7 days to create. After that, shipping times vary by location:
• USA: 3–4 business days
• Europe: 6–8 business days
• Australia: 2–14 business days
• Japan: 4–8 business days
• International: 10–20 business days
Where do orders ship from?
We partner with trusted fulfillment centers worldwide. Your order will ship from the facility that can deliver it to you the fastest.
Will I be charged customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes once they reach your country. These charges are set by your local customs office and are out of our control.
My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
Please:
1. Double-check your shipping confirmation email for address accuracy.
2. Ask your local post office if they’re holding the package.
3. Check with neighbors in case the courier left it nearby.
If your shipping address was correct and the package is still missing, contact us at Support@stkmproducts.com with your order number. If the address provided was incorrect, we can send a replacement, but reshipping costs will be your responsibility.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships. If you need help, email us at Support@stkmproducts.com.
What if I receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged?
Please email us at Support@stkmproducts.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:
• Photos of the item
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
If the issue is our error, we’ll cover the replacement cost in full. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each product is made to order, we don’t generally accept returns or exchanges. However:
• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
• If you provided an incorrect address or a package goes unclaimed, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
Can I return or exchange for a different size or color?
We do not offer returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse (changed mind, wrong size, etc.). Please check our sizing charts carefully before ordering. If you’d like a different size or color, you would need to place a new order.
What are the rules for EU and Brazil customers?
• EU Customers: Items that are custom-made to your specifications are not eligible for withdrawal/returns under EU law.
• Brazil Customers: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing Support@stkmproducts.com with proof that the product was unused and undamaged.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only available if you receive the wrong item, a defective product, or your order arrives damaged. Please email Support@stkmproducts.com
with photos and details within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll resolve it quickly.
