Templates for people who keep organizations running

Hi, I'm Paula Neeley, founder of Arc Continuum Consulting.
For more than thirty years I've worked behind the scenes of organizations: building operations systems, hiring teams, training managers, designing workshops, and helping groups from different cultures work well together. I've done this work in nonprofits, growing companies and multi-company organizations, and I've lived and worked in Brazil, Switzerland, Finland and Mexico City.
Over and over, I watched capable people get handed a big responsibility with no tools to go with it. A new manager with no plan for their first 90 days. An office manager asked to "fix operations" with no process map. A trainer told to run a workshop by Friday.
This shop is my answer. Every toolkit here comes from methods I've used in real organizations, turned into clear, printable pages you can use right away. No fluff and no theory you have to translate, just the forms, checklists, guides and scripts that help you do the work well.
My approach is simple: I don't move fast and break things. I get the lay of the land first, then build systems that last. These kits are designed to help you do the same.
Who these tools are for: HR professionals, managers, small business owners, nonprofit leaders, operations staff, and trainers and facilitators.
Questions, or need a team or organization-wide license? Send me a message. I read and answer every one.
