What a pleasant experience. My lyre is a work of art and a beautiful sounding instrument all at once. It arrived very quickly, was well packed and included some thoughtful extras like a plectrum, tuning key and different bridges to change the sound of the lyre. Mr Landucci went to the trouble of making a video to show how to tune the lyre, with advice for how to play. The lyre sounds magical. I am totally in love with it. You can buy with total confidence that Mr Landucci will look after you.

All my questions before and after purchase were answered and I learned so much! If you are thinking about purchasing one of these instruments do it! You will have great support from the seller and a very high quality professional instrument. The shipping was also very fast! It arrived long before the estimate and in very safe packaging. Francesco managed to build this custom made lyre in a very short time. Amazing warm sound, fantastic and unique look. Exactly what we were looking for, a Lyre with an ancient design and sound. The lyre came with a sturdy hardcase too. Very friendly and professional, Francesco answered all our questions and sent a video explanation on string replacement and tuning. After having hesitated between several models of lyres (Greek, Gallic, Kravik...), I chose to buy Francesco's cithara a culla because I found it beautiful. Very good contact with Francesco, cithara sent quickly and well packed. A real pleasure to play on it from the first night. This is well made. It's a tad quiet as compared to pricier lyres, but at this price you're not going to find a decent 11 string lyre comparable to this one. This is excellent for the price. The luthier included a very helpful tutorial. Also it came with all the extras - telemonas, plectrum, tuner wrench, strings, etc. It was packaged extremely well for shipping. I highly recommend this!
