I tried these products for the first time and I really liked them, especially the preserved Spicy Dates (Dulcia Domestica) that I tasted with cheeses during a dinner. Tasty so much that it does not seem to be a recipe of the first century of .C. A truly original project and efficient shipping. I will buy again because I have already finished the jar and I want to try the box. Also excellent as a gourmet gift idea. Savouring the history was an experience.

Ho provato per la prima volta questi prodotti e mi sono piaciuti molto, soprattutto la conserva di Datteri Speziati( Dulcia Domestica) che ho degustato con i formaggi durante una cena. Gustosa tanto che non sembra essere una ricetta del primo secolo d.C. Un progetto davvero originale e la spedizione efficiente. Acquisterò ancora perché ho già finito il vasetto e voglio provare la box. Ottimo anche come idea regalo gourmet. Assaporare la storia è stata un'esperienza.

I am Dr. Claudia Fanciullo, archaeologist and cook and I believe that food is an open door between ancient and modern cultures, a search engine and a great protagonist of present and past lives. As a founder I can say that culture really passes from the table.
ArkeoGustus®️ is a research project that deals with disseminating and enhancing ancient gastronomy through the archaeological study of historical sources and material culture that has come down to our days. The company enhances the Italian territory and its ancient roots through a studied choice of the best raw materials and the oldest and most forgotten recipes.

Sono la dott.ssa Claudia Fanciullo, archeologa e cuoca e credo che il cibo sia una porta aperta tra le culture antiche e moderne, motore di ricerca e grande protagonista delle vite presenti e passate. Da fondatrice posso affermare che la cultura passa davvero dalla tavola.
