What kind of paper do you use?
Our hardcover journals feature 150 lined pages of smooth ivory paper, comfortable for fountain pen, ballpoint, and gel pen. The cover is matte hardcover with a full wraparound design.
How long does production take?
Each piece is made to order by our U.S. production partner. Processing takes 2-5 business days before shipment. Most U.S. orders arrive within 7-10 days total from order date.
Can I send this as a gift?
Yes. Orders ship in clean, refined packaging suitable for gifting directly. We do not include receipts or promotional materials in the package.
What is your return policy?
Because each piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If anything is wrong with your order — printing defects, damage in transit, or quality issues — please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
