Często zadawane pytania
Are your rings real solid gold?
Yes. Our rings are made from real 10K, 14K, or 18K solid gold and are never gold plated, gold filled, or vermeil.
What gold colors are available?
Most designs are available in Yellow Gold, White Gold, and Rose Gold. Please choose your preferred gold color from the listing options.
What is the difference between 10K, 14K, and 18K gold?
10K is durable and contains a lower percentage of pure gold, 14K offers a balance of durability and rich gold color, and 18K contains a higher percentage of pure gold with a warmer, richer appearance.
How long does it take to make my ring?
Our standard production time is 2–8 business days. Each ring is made to order and carefully prepared before shipment.
How do I choose the correct ring size?
For the best fit, we recommend having your finger professionally measured by a local jeweler before ordering. Ring sizing may vary slightly depending on band width and design.
Are the gemstones natural?
Gemstone type and details are stated individually in each listing. Please review the specific product description for information about the stone used in your ring.
Will solid gold tarnish or change color?
Solid gold does not wear away like gold plating. However, all fine jewelry may benefit from occasional cleaning and proper care to maintain its shine.
How should I care for my ring?
Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners. Remove your ring during heavy manual work, and clean it gently with mild soap, warm water, and a soft cloth.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Please contact us through Etsy Messages. We are happy to help with order questions and will work with you according to the listing details and shop policies.
