Come immigrato dalle Filippine, ho lottato per essere sradicato da una vita che conoscevo. Non è facile mettere radici in un paese adottivo dove tutti e tutto erano nuovi. Essere coinvolto nella comunità, fare nuove amicizie e fare terapia mi ha aiutato, ma il crafting è stato il mio modo di elaborare. E mi piacerebbe condividerli con te!

As an immigrant from the Philippines, I struggled with being uprooted from a life I'd known. It's not easy taking root in an adopted country where everyone and everything was new.
