Helping Kids Navigate Big Emotions with Confidence | Based in Tacoma, WA

Welcome to Brave Feelings Lab!

I believe that learning to manage emotions is one of the most important skills a child can develop. But for kids, feelings can sometimes be overwhelming and hard to name. That is why I created this shop—to provide interactive, easy-to-use tools that help children understand their emotions and build resilience.

Why the "Grand Opening" took 5 months: You might notice my shop was established a few months ago. I intentionally took this time to research, design, and refine my digital tools before listing them. I didn't want to just rush a product out; I wanted to ensure that the Interactive Emotion Helper and other guides were thoughtful, effective, and ready for you to use immediately.

Our Mission: My goal is to make emotional learning accessible and engaging. whether you are a parent, a teacher, or a caregiver, these resources are designed to spark conversations and bring calm to chaos.
