The only reason I needed “customer service” was reaching out prior to the order to make sure I could ship it out directly to our officiant and the response time was quick and very professional! The arrival, the officiant told me she could smell the cancel before opening the box! It was perfect, everything was simple and very well executed and I can’t be more grateful ♥️♥️
