1 su 5 stelleI never received it. The seller posted an original shipping date of 11/27-12/3 with a tracking number but it was never shipped. Since this is a handmade item, and it can take time, I communicated with the seller about it and he continued to assure me it would be delivered by early January. When it did not, I reached out again and he told me he had shipped it. I asked for a tracking number and he never provided it. When I reached out yet again, he said that the "delivery address" on the label was ruined and UPS was returning it to him. I asked for a refund or a tracking number and neither was provided. I ran out of patience as I was always having to reach out to him and there was always an excuse. I ended up having to open a case with Etsy and was refunded. I am so disappointed, this was a gift and it looked amazing.

1 su 5 stelleHo aspettato 90 giorni. Sono stato eseguito dal venditore. Non ho mai ricevuto un numero di tracciamento e il prodotto non è mai arrivato. Etsy ha appena rimborsato i nostri soldi. Davvero frustrante perché ero entusiasta del prodotto.

I am sorry you had to go through all this. When table shipped I did attach tracking number to order. Package was being sent to Canada and once it got to customs they held it Because they couldn't read shipping address. It is on its way back to me now. I will open it up make sure no damage is done and send it back out to you. I know you got refunded already but I want you to be happy with getting this table. Again my apologies for the dragged out process.

5 su 5 stelleAvevo cercato un tavolino da caffè in questo stile per un po 'e quando ho visto gli oggetti che Michael mostrava sul suo sito ero molto interessato. Gli ho detto cosa stavo cercando e lui è stato molto utile. È una gioia lavorare con lui, ti tiene informato in ogni fase del percorso e il suo bellissimo lavoro parla da solo. Puoi sicuramente vedere e sentire il cuore e l'orgoglio che va nel suo lavoro. È un pezzo solido (e pesante) di qualità. Molto soddisfatto del nostro tavolo!

5 su 5 stellebeautiful tables! every time I had a question, it was always answered promptly, and he was in constant contact throughout the process, with descriptions, explanation, and pictures so I always knew what was going on. they were shipped beautifully as well! it took me longer to unwrap than it did to put the legs on. overall extremely happy with them. 😁
