I never received it. The seller posted an original shipping date of 11/27-12/3 with a tracking number but it was never shipped. Since this is a handmade item, and it can take time, I communicated with the seller about it and he continued to assure me it would be delivered by early January. When it did not, I reached out again and he told me he had shipped it. I asked for a tracking number and he never provided it. When I reached out yet again, he said that the "delivery address" on the label was ruined and UPS was returning it to him. I asked for a refund or a tracking number and neither was provided. I ran out of patience as I was always having to reach out to him and there was always an excuse. I ended up having to open a case with Etsy and was refunded. I am so disappointed, this was a gift and it looked amazing.

J’ai attendu 90 jours. Je me suis fait courir par le vendeur. Je n’ai jamais eu de numéro de suivi et le produit n’est jamais arrivé. Etsy vient de rembourser notre argent. Vraiment frustrant car j’étais enthousiasmé par le produit.

La table basse est magnifique et très bien faite. Cela ressemble exactement aux images. Il est arrivé emballé et très bien emballé.

Je cherchais une table basse dans ce style depuis un moment et quand j’ai vu les articles que Michael affichait sur son site, j’ai été très intéressé. Je lui ai dit ce que je cherchais, et il m’a été très utile. C’est une joie de travailler avec lui, il vous tient informé à chaque étape du processus, et son beau travail parle de lui-même. Vous pouvez certainement voir et sentir le cœur et la fierté qui entrent dans son travail. C’est une pièce de qualité solide (et lourde). Très content de notre table!

beautiful tables! every time I had a question, it was always answered promptly, and he was in constant contact throughout the process, with descriptions, explanation, and pictures so I always knew what was going on. they were shipped beautifully as well! it took me longer to unwrap than it did to put the legs on. overall extremely happy with them. 😁
