I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your custom orders. We pride ourselves on the collaborative design process and always require final approval from our clients before we make any custom order. We sent you a photo of the test buttons and you confirmed that they were perfect. Then we made and shipped your order. After the order was shipped you contacted us and informed us that you wanted to make changes to the artwork you approved. Since the buttons were already made and shipped we could not make any changes to that order. So we made you another hundred buttons at a discounted price and shipped them the next day. We strive to ensure every customer is delighted with their purchase and despite our best efforts we regret that we could not meet your expectations in this case.
