Hey Ciali... what is Kawaiiland??

Kawaiiland is the world as it is in my mind, where everything is pastelish, candies grow on trees, petals are made of cookies, rivers of chocolate ice cream and funny bunnies and silly bears are hopping everywhere!
It is with my jewelries and accesories that I'd like to take you to my world, Kawaiiland!

In 2008 I founded the brand Cute Can Kill with my lovely best friend Lila.
Then in 2012 we divided in 2 different brand and I started the project Ciali in Kawaiiland.
From 2008 until 2015 I attended the biggest events in Europe and Japan as exhibitor: Lucca Comics and Games and Romics in Italy, Japan Expo in France and Design Festa in Japan.
Now I'm dedicating all my strength on my online shop to reach people all around the world :)

For this reason we prefer resolve any bad question in the best way for you and us! Before giving us a bad review contact us so we can work something out!

♥ If your have any problem with your case you will receive a new item to replace it, you have to contact us within 2 days.
You have to send us a picture of the item to show us what happened!

Usually customers have to return items to have the replacement, but we don't ask for
the return of broken items, since shipping to our country (Italy) could be very expensive, instead we ask to pay 5€ for the new shipping!

Waiting time of a replacement could take time, up to 4/5 weeks, since in some case we have to order supply to remake your item!
Feel free to contact us during the waiting time to be updated about it :)

♥ Return of intact item is acceptable for no custom item only! You will be refunded after we received the item back!

If I receive back you case I'll send it back to you.
If the error was mine (for example if I write the address wrong) I'll pay the new shipping.
If the parcel is back as unclaimed you've to pay the new shipping.
