Hello and welcome to our shop. We hope you enjoy our handmade crafts. We focus on unique designs and may offer custom requests as well. Each item is handmade. Therefore, no two items will be exactly alike. We will do our best to list and show any imperfections in order to establish proper expectations for each item in consideration for purchase.

We want each of our customers to be highly satisfied with their experience and product. We ask that if you’d leave anything less than a 5-star rating, please reach out to us first and give us an opportunity to correct whatever concern you may have.

We ship all items as described. We are not responsible for damaged products caused by shipping. If you feel an item is broken or damaged upon arrival, it is your responsibility to reject it. If you accept a damaged product and open it, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to consult the USPS and file a claim. Any returned item shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
