Its been almost 1 month since ordering and I have not received my order. I sent multiple messages about my order and have received zero messages back. Horrible customer service

The item I ordered never came

Took a month to arrive and had absolutely no protective packaging, was just placed in an empty box to rattle around during the entire shipping process. The dials don't click and stay in place like a licensed life counter, not taking away from my rating of the items quality but just a warning for others purchasing in case that's something they wanted.

This seller never printed these or communicated a timeline when I opened a replacement request they also never responded or have sent anything.
