1 out of 5 starsI wanted to support a new business on Etsy, but the experience was very disappointing. Before ordering my smooth sink, I sent the seller two clear photos and explicitly wrote, “I don’t like texture” and “I DO NOT want a hand-hammered sink.” Despite his assurances in writing, I received a hand-hammered sink in a different shape from the one I requested. I immediately asked for a return and refund, but the seller refused saying that the sink was custom-sized and offered only to alter it. Fortunately, my conversations with him were clearly documented and Etsy customer support stepped in and resolved the matter. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that buyers document every detail carefully and confirm that the seller fully understands the requested finish and design before placing a custom order. You can really see the authentic artisan craftsmanship in the details. It arrived perfectly packaged with absolutely no dents or scratches. Highly recommend!
