Refunds (50% of the total amount) are offered if you are not happy with the digital proof, the printed orders are final and non-refundable.
Once an order is shipped and leaves my possession, I cannot be held responsible for it's whereabouts or delays in delivery, sorry!
Damage to items during the shipping process will be handled on a case by case basis.
Payment
In order to start on your custom item, a purchase must be made first. Then I need a details of what each person in the illustration should be wearing and few reference photographs, so I know what you look like.

What does the A3 and A4 mean on the delivery method?
If you choose the A4 or A3 delivery method you'll receive a physical print:
- The A4 size print measures 21.0 x 29.7cm, 8.27 x 11.69 inches
- The A3 size print measures 29.7 x 42.0cm, 11.69 x 16.53 inches

What does the Digital Only mean on the delivery method?
If you choose the Digital Only delivery method you'll receive only a .jpeg or pdf file via e-mail. The size is up to you, my illustration can be resized without lost quality!

Do you offer framed prints?
No, I don't
Custom and personalised orders
Colors vary from monitor to monitor, so it is impossible to guarantee the exact color you see on your screen. Slight variations between what you see on a brightly back-lit monitor and a printed piece and between different printers, are to be expected.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund after seeing the draft?
Yes, you can but you'll refund the 50% of the total amount.
Can I change the photo for the portrait after seeing the draft?
Yes, you can but it will consider as a new order. Only minor revisions are allowed.
