Sizing details
Each listing contains details about the sizes of the pillow covers. We usually make the products the exact size, or slightly smaller for a tighter fit.
We do recommend you use a little bigger size of insert for the square sizes, but the same size insert is also appropriate if it is a quality, well filled one.
How do you measure a pillow cover?
The most accurate way to measure a pillow cover is to get the seam to seam measurement, which is the same measurement we use. To get this measurement, simply remove your existing pillow cover (if removable)and turn the cover inside out and measure from seam to seam.
Care instructions
For most of our items, we recommend machine washing on a gentle cycle. More detailed care instructions can be found in each individual listing.
Returns and Refunds
Quality is very important to us. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship the item back within 21 days. The item must be in its original condition as received.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the refund will be issued as soon as we receive the package. Please note that the original shipping cost (if your order did not qualify for free shipping) is non-refundable.
