No se garantizará la entrega antes de Navidad de todas las ventas realizadas a partir del 15 de noviembre.

Actualmente, los tiempos de procesamiento de los vasos son de 2 a 4 semanas y los de los vasos 3D, de 4 a 8 semanas. Si bien la mayoría de los pedidos se envían antes de la fecha de envío proyectada, espere todo el tiempo de procesamiento para el envío.

TODAS LAS VENTAS PERSONALIZADAS/PERSONALIZADAS SON FINALES: no se realizarán reembolsos, cambios ni devoluciones.
Cada artículo está hecho a mano en mi tienda y no hay dos artículos exactos. Los colores pueden variar en pantalla y en persona. Trabajo duro para hacer el mejor producto que puedo para usted, pueden ocurrir algunas imperfecciones menores. Por favor, comprenda que esto puede suceder con todos los productos hechos a mano.

Los vasos son sensibles a la temperatura, evite la exposición al calor extremo, como dejarlos en el automóvil (pueden derretirse y agrietarse). No los exponga al fuego, congeladores o microondas.

Si se caen, pueden agrietarse o astillarse, manipúlelos con cuidado.

Todos los vasos están sellados con una resina epoxi que amarillea naturalmente con el tiempo, especialmente los blancos y los de base de colores claros. Utilizo un epoxi resistente a los rayos UV que ralentiza el proceso, sin embargo, esto no evitará que esto suceda eventualmente. Intente mantener su vaso alejado de la luz solar directa durante mucho tiempo.

Tienes 24 horas después de recibir tu pedido para informar cualquier problema. Abra e inspeccione sus pedidos lo antes posible. Esto es para garantizar que los daños informados se hayan producido desde la entrega y no sean culpa del mal uso del artículo por parte del comprador.
Una vez que un artículo sale de mi tienda, no me hago responsable de los tiempos de envío, la falta de entrega o la entrega en la dirección incorrecta. Es tu responsabilidad comunicarte con USPS para presentar un reclamo con el seguimiento proporcionado por Etsy. Si su artículo llega dañado, tome una fotografía del artículo y del embalaje en el que llegó para su reclamo ante USPS.

Los pedidos no serán reembolsados debido al tiempo de respuesta. Los compradores reconocen las políticas de envío al confirmar los pedidos mediante caja/pago.

All sales made on or after November 15th will not be guaranteed delivery by Christmas.

Currently, processing times for tumblers are 2-4 weeks and 3D tumblers are 4-8 weeks. While most orders ship sooner than the projected ship date, please allow the full processing time for shipping.

ALL PERSONALIZED/CUSTOM SALES ARE FINAL - No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be given.
Each item is handcrafted in my shop, and no two items will be exact. Colors may vary on screen and in person. I work hard to make the best product I can for you, some minor imperfections can occur. Please understand that this can happen with all handmade products.

Hand wash only with gentle cleansers, No abrasive cleaners !!

Tumblers are temperature sensitive, avoid extreme heat exposure like leaving them in the car (may melt and crack). Do not expose them to Fire, freezers, or Microwaves.

If dropped they may crack or chip, please handle them with care.
I'm not responsible for mishandling.

All tumblers are sealed with an epoxy resin that naturally yellows over time, especially the white, and the light-colored base ones. I use a UV-resistant epoxy that slows the process, however, this will not prevent it from happening eventually. Please try to keep your tumbler out of direct sunlight for long.

You have 24 hours after receiving your order to report any issues. Please open and inspect your orders promptly. This is to ensure that damage reported occurred from delivery, and is not at the fault of the buyer's misuse of the item.
Once an item leaves my shop I cannot be held responsible for shipping times, non-delivery, or delivered to the wrong address. It is your responsibility to contact USPS to file a claim with the tracking that is provided by Etsy. If your item arrives damaged take a picture of the item and the packaging it arrived in for your claim with USPS.

Orders will not be refunded due to turnaround time. Buyers acknowledge shipping policies by confirming orders via checkout/payment.
