Waited 2 months for item Seller said no control after she sends and she takes no responsibility in the condition you receive your product Paid 25 euros for shipping Box came destroyed and opened Necklace stones chipped cracked in pieces Notified dealer and She only wanted her necklace sent back at my cost before she would even consider refund and it was in pieces / she wanted me to pay shipping again Difficult dealer to work with I have bought many items from overseas with no problems I would not recommend this seller because of her customer service I think the necklace would have been beautiful Wish I had received the item in one piece and wearable / 25 euros a lot to pay for damaged goods Usually items packed in bubble wrap / she used Newspaper!!! Just not a good experience

I'm sorry for how it went! I seemed to understand that I thought differently after exchanging a dozen emails to constantly notify you of the status of your shipment. It is one thing to evaluate the article, the creation in its uniqueness, the Italian origin and the love with which we make each piece. And another thing is to evaluate the shipment, which as you know, unfortunately, does not depend directly on me. If you want a refund, I have no problems, as I said repeatedly in the emails and I didn't say that you had to pay the shipping costs. You could also reply to the last email I sent you, which you didn't do.
