A couple of my favorite carvers kept talking about these Deep Forge Knives. So, I decided to treat myself and woooooeeeeeee! This knife is the bees knees! Soooo sharp and has quickly become my go to when I sit down to carve. Now, I'll keep an eye out for one of the short, detail knives ;)
