I first met Christine at a pop up shop in Downtown Cleveland. Although it was very busy, she took time to answer any questions my daughter and I had about her products. We purchased snowflake earrings that day. Our puppy got a hold of one of them and my daughter was devastated. Straight to her Etsy shop using her QR code. It was a seamless process! Ordered them on January 9th. They shipped the same day and arrived on Wednesday the 11th!!! Thank you soooo much for your top tier customer service! You've got our forever support.
