Mi chiamo Ted. Ho aperto questo negozio nel 2017 perché volevo una maglietta sulla ricerca di spugnole e non riuscivo a trovarne una che non fosse o troppo seria o un pessimo gioco di parole.
Così ne ho fatto uno. Poi ne ho fatti molti altri, perlopiù su cose che mi appassionano davvero: pesca, raccolta di erbe selvatiche, whisky, qualsiasi cosa mi incuriosisse in quell'anno. A quanto pare anche altre persone cercavano le stesse cose.
Qui tutto è disegnato in modo da sembrare uscito direttamente dalla parete di un vecchio negozio di esche o dal coperchio di una cassetta da pesca. È lo stile che preferisco e a cui torno sempre. Ultimamente ho applicato questi disegni non solo alle magliette, ma anche a tazze, ornamenti e altri oggetti.
Ho già ricevuto circa 5.000 ordini. La gente mi dice che li indossa finché non si disintegrano, ed è proprio quello che volevo ottenere.
Se avete un'idea per un progetto, inviatecela. Alcuni di quelli che vedete qui sono nati proprio così.

I'm Ted. I started this shop in 2017 because I wanted a shirt about morel hunting and couldn't find one that wasn't either dead serious or a bad pun.
So I made one. Then I made a bunch more, mostly about things I'm actually into: fishing, foraging, whiskey, whatever I got interested in that year. Turns out other people were looking for the same stuff.
Everything here is drawn to look like it came off an old bait shop wall or a tackle box lid. That's the look I like and it's what I keep coming back to. Lately I've been putting the designs on more than shirts, so you'll find mugs and ornaments and a few other things mixed in.
It's been about 5,000 orders now. People tell me they wear these until they fall apart, which is what I was going for.
