FAQ 1: How does the download work?
Your files will be available for download immediately after purchase:Open browser → Etsy.com → Top right “Account” → “Purchases & Reviews” → Download file.
FAQ 2: I use the Etsy app – where can I find my download?
Digital files cannot be downloaded through the Etsy app.Please use a browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) on your mobile phone, tablet or computer.➡️ Note: Available immediately via PayPal / credit card.➡️ With Klarna / bank transfer, it can take a few minutes.
FAQ 3: I haven't received a download email – what should I do?
Etsy will automatically send an email to your registered email address.➡️ Please also check your spam/junk folder.
FAQ 4: I have a Brother plotter – which format do I need?
Brother prefers the FCM format.We supply SVG & PNG files → you can convert the SVG to FCM for free:➡️ e.g. via CanvasWorkspace.
FAQ 5: I use Silhouette Cameo – why won't the file open?
The free Silhouette Studio Basic version does not open SVG files.You have two options:➡️ Convert SVG to DXF or PNG for free➡️ or upgrade to the Designer Edition
FAQ 6: What file formats will I receive?
We offer SVG & PNG.➡️ SVG for Cricut, Brother (after conversion), Glowforge➡️ PNG for Silhouette Basic or sublimation/printing❌ We do not offer DXF or FCM files.However, these can be converted from SVG for free.
