Ordered total of 4 pieces from this shop. 3 arrived in perfect condition but the 4th piece had 2 stones that fell out but I was able to repair plus they sent extra stones for each piece. The seller has excellent customer service and was very receptive to my feedback. Great customer service can make the difference between 2 shops that sell the same product. The brooch has beautiful colors, great size and price with an attention to detail.
