Q: How do I ensure I am ordering the correct phone case size?
A: Because every phone case is custom-printed to order specifically for your device, we kindly ask that you double-check your exact phone model via your device settings (Settings > General > About) before completing checkout. We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for structural model selection errors.
Damaged / Misprinted Items
Q: What happens if my case arrives damaged or has a print defect?
A: While we maintain strict quality control at our printing facility, transit mishaps occasionally happen. If your item arrives damaged, flawed, or incorrect, please message us directly within 14 days of delivery with a clear photograph of the issue. We will instantly dispatch a complimentary replacement to you.
Shipping & Tracking
Q: Where will my order ship from, and can I track it?
A: All our phone cases are precision-printed and dispatched directly from specialized technical facilities. If you're in the United States, that's Texas, and if you're in Europe or UK it's Lithuania. A tracking number will be automatically emailed to you the moment your item leaves the facility, allowing you to follow its journey.
MagSafe & Wireless Charging
Q: Are these cases compatible with wireless charging and MagSafe?
A: Our protective tough cases fully support standard, flat Qi wireless charging pads without needing to remove the case. However, please note that because these are standard ultra-protective shells, they do not contain an internal magnetic ring and are not compatible with magnetic MagSafe attachments like vertical mounts or clip-on wallets.
