FCRdESIGN believes in creating quality and eco-friendly furniture and accessories that will withstand the test of time.

In order to ensure and promote the health of our beautiful planet, our furniture and accessories are handcrafted using Poplar wood, which possess many eco-sustainability qualities.

Our furniture and accessories are hand painted using only water based paints for low impact on the environment and without the release of harmful fumes and toxins.

Our furniture and accessories are designed and built to last in time. For this reason they are designed to be easily repairable.

Returns and exchanges
Please be aware that this is an online shop so, in order to get complete satisfaction from your purchase, you are kindly asked to check all the details of the product (size, colors, fabric) before making your purchase.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, I accept returns and refund under the conditions below.
I accept returns if:
- The item is damaged during shipping process due to improper packaging
- The item has visible defects due to the manufacturing process
- The item has PROVABLE wrong characteristics due to seller's fault (wrong size, wrong color, wrong fabric)
Returns are not accepted if:
- The buyer doesn't want to use or changes his/her mind about needing the product
- You already used the item when you require the return
- You already posted negative feedback in my shop without trying to discuss the matter with me first
Additional return terms:
- Return is accepted if you ship back your product (and let me know) within 7 days from when you received it
- The return shipping fee is responsibility of the customer
- The item must arrive back to me in the original condition in which I shipped it (no stains, no breaking)
- For a returned item, I cannot be made responsible for lost packages. Please get a shipping confirmation and send it to me to prove you actually returned the item.
Payment
The payment method accepted at the moment is PayPal.
Payment is expected within 24 hours of order placement, unless previously arrangements with us for other terms.
Shipping
For shipping, we use non-traceable mail (Posta Prioritaria) due to lower cost and faster delivery, so a tracking number will not be available. If you wish to upgrade to traceable mail for shipping, please let us know and we will provide you with the fees for that.
Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for delayed, lost or damaged packages.

Possible customs duties are borne by the customer.

Sending an order as a gift is no problem at all. We are more than happy to include a personal note from you. Just let us know in "notes to seller" what you would like to say. We will print it out and include it inside your order.

All our products are created in a smoke free, pet free home.
