The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Please, read carefully the description of the item you are interested before you buy it. Check the measurements and note that color may vary a bit from display to display. If you want any additional photos, please let me know.

You may return purchased the item in a 1 weeks term if it doesn't meet expectations.

If you are not satisfied with my items/service for any reason, please contact me with the problem before leaving a feedback - I'll do my best to solve the problem in reasonable for you way.

If you have made an order, but then decided to cancel it because of your personal reasons before I sending the parcel, I will refund your money minus 12.21%, because my intermediary company doesn't refund it to me and minus shipping costs.

Should an item be returned for non-delivery due to buyer providing the wrong shipping address; order will be canceled and partial refund given for purchase price of items only (no refund on original shipping charges). As stated earlier, it's the responsibility of the buyer to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase.

Lost items:
Please do contact me within 45 days of purchase to report any non-delivery.
Lost Packages is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 45 days from posting date and tracking info approves that. If I do not hear from you until after this time, a refund or replacement will not be issued.

Damaged item:
All care and consideration are taken when items are packed. They are all checked before being wrapped securely for dispatch.
However should your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact me immediately. I will require photographs of the items damage and the box (this is for claim purposes). I may request that the item is returned to me - if so, once the item is received I will refund the original item cost including the shipping as well as reimbursing you for the cost of returning the item.
I cannot give refunds without photographic proof of the damage to the item and photos of the box/packaging. Please do not throw any of it away until everything has been resolved.
Please contact me about any damage within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Please note refunds or exchanges are only given for items damaged in transit. I cannot refund or replace items that have been damaged due to rough handling

Stolen items:
I am not responsible for stolen items that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. It is your responsibility as a buyer to make necessary arrangements to have items placed on hold, picked up or delivered to a safe location should you decide to go on holiday before the goods are delivered. If you know an item was delivered and failed to properly secure it I will not be held responsible should the item be stolen from your front door, porch, mailbox or another common area of delivery by carrier.

Individual orders:
Custom orders are non-refundable but if they are damaged on arrival, I will replace them. I will require photos to show the damage before a replacement is sent.

I accept only PayPal.

Your items will be made and shipped only after the payment.
Shipping
Most of the orders are sent within 3-5 business days.
Standard international shipping takes up to 14-25 business days.

- Shipping method:
Shipping company: Ukrpost.
All packages are sent via international registered airmail from city Irpin, Ukraine. It includes tracking number (it will be sent in e-mail notification). Unfortunately tracking pages don't always work correctly so don't worry if you cannot track your package.

- Terms & Delivery time:
All items are packaged carefully so they have to arrive in perfect condition. Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes associated with shipping to their respective countries.

- Shipping address:
Please confirm that your address is correct before purchasing. Buyers are responsible for any shipping costs of returned and resent packages that are as a result of an incorrect Checkout address.

PLEASE NOTE! I ship to the address listed on the PayPal invoice. If you need an item sent to a third party or another address, please contact me as soon as you can.

- Packaging:
All items come from a smoke-free house.

- Delivery "made to order" products:
For any custom made items or Made to Order, the delivery window can be longer depending on stock levels and timescale to make the item. When you request a custom item, I will inform you of the regarding delivery.
