~What metal is your jewelry made of?

All of our jewelry (stainless steel, silver and 18k golds) are %100 Lead & Nickel free, anti-tarnish, waterproof and hypoallergenic. Additionally all of them can be worn daily.

Gift wrapping and packaging

~I want to send this as a gift. Can you package it for me?

Yes, absolutely! Our jewelry comes in beautiful gift quality packaging. Please contact us directly if your items is a gift and we will make it extra special for your loved one.

Issues with Order

~Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

At this time, we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process.

~What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

His Key Cross Store is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages.
