Hi, I’m the human behind this shop—and honestly, it started because I needed a way to function when life felt like a dumpster fire.

The Improvement Project was born out of real-life chaos: co-parenting, divorce, mental health spirals, burnout, healing, growing, relapsing, trying again. I didn’t need a “perfect planner”—I needed structure that felt like a lifeline. So I built it.
