To fulfill your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to us), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment confirmation details, and the details of the product that you are ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for example, when requesting a custom order or opting into our shop’s email newsletter list) if you contact us or sign up directly.

Why We Need Your Information and How We Use It

To provide our services: As needed to fulfill your order, process production and shipping through our fulfillment partners, settle disputes, or provide customer support;

Your participation in our email list is completely voluntary, and you may revoke your consent (unsubscribe) at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly;

Etsy: We share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

Service Providers & Fulfillment Partners: Because our items are made-to-order, we engage trusted third-party production partners, print-on-demand manufacturers, delivery carriers, and email marketing platforms to perform functions and provide services to our shop. We share your personal information (such as shipping name, address, and order details) with these third parties strictly to the extent necessary to produce, ship, and support your order.

Business Transfers: If we sell or merge our business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

Compliance with Laws: We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce our agreements, terms, and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of our customers, or others.

Data Retention

We generally keep order-related data for 6 years to comply with Canadian tax regulations, and we retain email marketing contact information until you choose to unsubscribe.

We are based in Ontario, Canada, and we may store and process your information through third-party hosting and fulfillment services in Canada, the United States, and other international jurisdictions.
