Jewelry for the Old Soul
Sono una Vecchia Anima e ho un debole per le "cose vecchie". Gravito verso tutte le cose che romanzano il cuore: RISATE, AMORE, FEDE, FAMIGLIA, AMICIZIA, MUSICA e POESIA DELLA VITA. Amo anche, amo, AMO i gioielli. Sembrava naturale per questa Vecchia Anima realizzare pezzi che riflettessero queste passioni.
Ogni fase del processo creativo viene eseguita da me: l'incisione dell'ottone, la saldatura, l'annodatura a mano, l'invecchiamento e le applicazioni di patina, ecc. Taglio, tingo, brucio e condiziono ogni singolo pezzo di pelle con cui lavoro. Tutti gli elementi di argilla sono formati solo dalle mie mani. Mi piace ogni singola fase del processo creativo e sono più felice quando faccio le cose. Il mio lavoro è stato descritto in "Belle Armoire Jewelry" e "Jewelry Affaire".

I’m an Old Soul and have a weakness for “old stuff.” I gravitate towards all of the things that romance the heart: LAUGHTER, LOVE, FAITH, FAMILY, FRIENDSHIP, MUSIC, and the POETRY OF LIFE. I also love, love, LOVE jewelry. It only seemed natural for this Old Soul to make pieces that reflected these passions.
Each step of the creative process is performed by me: the brass etching, soldering, hand-knotting, aging and patina applications, etc. I cut, dye, burnish, and condition every single piece of leather I work with. All of the clay elements are formed by my hands alone. I enjoy every single step of the creative process, and am at my most happiest when making things. My work has been featured in "Belle Armoire Jewelry" and "Jewelry Affaire."
I hope my creative offerings speak to you and you are able to find something that will bring you joy, celebration, and an appreciation for the handmade.
