📏 SIZE CHART
I highly recommend comparing the provided measurements with your own to ensure a perfect fit (see each listing for size chart details). For an oversized fit go 2 sizes up ⬆️ from your normal size! If you have questions, don’t hesitate to ask—I’m here to help!
❌ CANCELING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is placed, I begin working on your custom item right away. Please cancel within 3 hours for a full refund. If the order has already entered production or been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
🔄 EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Since each item is made-to-order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake or defect on my part. If you have any concerns with your order, reach out to me, and I will resolve it promptly.
📦 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact me within 7 days of delivery. Please, provide clear photos of the issue, and I will reprocess the order at no extra charge.
🚚 PACKAGE MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
Occasionally, carriers may mistakenly mark a package as delivered when it’s still on their truck or has been delivered to the wrong address. If this happens, your first step should be to contact your local post office to ask about the package’s whereabouts. You can also fill out a Help Request form with the carrier online. If the package still doesn’t turn up, or the carrier is unable to assist, please reach out to me, and I’ll guide you through the next steps.
