Customer support was fantastic. My order got held up in customs, but the seller was fast to respond, kept me updated, and helped guide it through the process quickly. Even with that delay, I was shocked how fast it still arrived, especially coming from overseas. Overall, a great experience. beautiful piece and excellent service. Highly recommend.

What really sets this shop apart, though, is Busra’s dedication to his customers. When I ran into a minor issue, created by me, during setup, he was incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed to get it working perfectly—including helpful video tutorials.
