(READ BEFORE YOU BUY)
▪ Every item is completely handmade, so it can have small differences from the listing photos.
▪ Once the item has been shipped, I am not responsible for delays, damages or issues, but I’ll do what I can to help resolving them.
▪ WORKING TIMES: Working times can be affected by the amount of orders and it can take more time than expected (even up to 2 more months from the scheduled shipment date).
▪ REFUNDS: I offer full refunds only if asked during the first 7 days from the order date.
▪ DAMAGES: I am not responsible for any damage the item could presents when it arrives (this is up to the courier services) or any other damage the mask could get by using it. All I can suggest is to store it in the right way as written in the instructions you’ll find with the item.
▪ I own the copyright on all my items, reproduction and recasting is prohibited.
▪ If you have any problem with an order or item, please contact me before leaving a bad review.

On top of the overall quality and detail is the impeccable packaging that it arrived in it was very well cushioned and arrived in one piece no cracks or scratches. Overall a well made mask and definitely worth the wait.

Does the mask has nose holes?
No, for an aesthetic purpose, I do not make nose holes, but I can make them if you wish. Just write it in the note section of your order.
Do you make custom colors?
Of course I do! Just text me before you buy the mask so we can discuss the colors.
