About us:
Wij zijn Joe en Chris, een duo uit New England dat samenwoont met onze twee honden, Gracie en Greta, die met veel plezier al onze projecten in de gaten houden (meestal vanaf de bank).
Chris is een geboren schatzoeker, altijd op zoek naar verborgen juweeltjes, vergeten voorwerpen van vroeger en die magische "Dat had ik vroeger ook!"-momenten. Van stoffige planken tot vergeten hoekjes, Chris vindt het geweldig om nostalgische vondsten weer in de schijnwerpers te zetten en ze een tweede leven te geven.
Overdag is Joe een IT-leider in de maakindustrie – hij redt levens, PowerPoint-presentatie na PowerPoint-presentatie. 's Avonds stort hij zich op zijn ware passies: ontwerpen, creëren en alles wat met de jaren 80 te maken heeft. Door middel van 3D-printen en praktische creativiteit brengt Joe ideeën tot leven, waarbij hij moderne technologie combineert met retro-inspiratie.
Samen vieren we nostalgie, creativiteit en de vreugde van het herontdekken van het verleden – project voor project, print voor print en terugblik voor terugblik.
We’re Joe and Chris, a New England–based duo living with our two dogs, Gracie and Greta, who happily supervise all of our projects (mostly from the couch).
Chris is a natural-born treasure hunter, always on the lookout for hidden gems, forgotten items of yesteryear, and those magical “I had that when I was a kid!” moments. From dusty shelves to overlooked corners, Chris loves bringing nostalgic finds back into the spotlight and giving them a second life.
Joe, by day, is an IT leader in the manufacturing world—saving lives one PowerPoint deck at a time. By night, he shifts gears into his true passions: design, creation, and all things 1980s. Through 3D printing and hands-on creativity, Joe brings ideas to life, blending modern technology with retro inspiration.
